I can't log in to the app.
Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen to reset it. Still stuck? Send us a note with the email on your account and we'll help.
How do earnings and payouts work?
Creators, top commenters, moderators, and translators earn from ad revenue on the content they contribute to. The minimum withdrawal is USD 10, paid out via Wise, Stripe, or another supported rail in your country. See the wallet screen in the app for your balance.
How do I report a post or another user?
Tap the three-dot menu on any post or comment and choose "Report." Community moderators review reports first; serious safety issues are escalated to our trust & safety team.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. Your profile and posts are removed within 30 days. Some records (payment history, legally required logs) are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
